What does a supply chain consultant do?
A supply chain consultant looks at how your goods are bought, stored and moved. Then they suggest what to change. We do that too. The difference is that we also run the changes with you.
How are you different from a consulting firm?
A consulting firm gives you advice and leaves your team to carry it out. We are also your logistics partner. Our team runs your warehouses, trucks and customs every day so the advice gets done.
Which licences can you handle?
We prepare and file the ones traders and manufacturers need most. These include the IEC, GST for our warehouse, the MOOWR licence and the FSSAI licence. They also include Advance Authorisation, EPCG, AEO, certificates of origin and product approvals such as BIS, EPR and WPC.
Can you take over licences we already hold?
Yes. We review each one and note what it asks of you every year. Then we keep it live with its returns, renewals and changes.
Do you work with our CA?
Yes. Some papers need a CA or a chartered engineer to sign. We prepare the work and your CA signs it. Or we bring in the trade experts we work with.
Can you help us start selling in a new state?
Yes. We hold your stock in our warehouse there and give you the papers for GST in that state. As your C&F agent we can bill your buyers in your name.
Do you advise on duty schemes?
Yes. We weigh MOOWR, our FTWZ, Advance Authorisation and EPCG against your imports and exports. Then we set up the one that fits and run it.
