The rules your goods must meet

E-way bills

Every load above the value limit needs an e-way bill, including moves between your own warehouses.

Stock in another state

Stock you keep in a state needs your GST registration there, with our warehouse named as your place of business.

Transfers between your branches

A move from one of your GST registrations to another is a taxable supply, billed on an invoice.

The ISI mark in storage

Storing appliances without the ISI mark is an offence. Kettles, mixers, vacuum cleaners and air purifiers now need it too.

Registrations at customs

For imports, customs checks each model's BIS registration and your e-waste, battery and plastic registrations before it releases the goods.

Energy labels

ACs, fridges, TVs and washing machines carry a star label with a QR code. When the table changes, older stock shows fewer stars.

MRP and pack details

Every retail pack must show its MRP, the month it was made and who to call for care.

Returns from online sales

Online sellers must take back goods that arrive faulty, damaged or late.

The basics

What is consumer durables distribution?
It is the work of getting TVs, ACs, fridges, washing machines, small appliances, audio and wearables from the brand to the people who sell them. That means regional warehouses, deliveries to distributors and retailers, stock for marketplaces and dark stores, and returns. We run all of it as one partner.
Where are your warehouses?
We hold stock in cities across every region of India, from the metros to smaller towns. Your stock can sit close to your distributors and retailers wherever they are. Our warehouse network page lists the cities.

Storage and handling

Can you hold our summer stock and release it region by region?
Yes. Your season's stock waits in our warehouses. We send it to each region as the heat arrives. When one state sells faster than another, we move stock between them. What is left at the end of the season stays with us, so your dealers are not stuck with it.
How do you store fridges, TVs and split ACs?
Fridges and TVs stay upright from the truck to the rack. We stack cartons only as high as the carton allows. The indoor and outdoor units of a split AC are scanned and loaded together, so every dealer gets complete sets.
Do you record serial numbers?
Yes. We scan barcodes at every step, and for TVs and appliances we record each serial number in and out. You can see the full history of any unit, which helps with warranty claims. Our technology page shows how it works.
What happens to our stock when a price or label changes?
We keep stock with the old price or label apart from new stock and send it out first. You can see how much of it is left on your screen.

Distribution

Can you deliver to our distributors and dealers?
Yes. We send full truckloads to your distributors and part loads to dealers and stores. Every load carries its invoice and e-way bill, and a signed proof of delivery comes back from every drop. Our B2B fulfilment page explains how it works.
Can you be our C&F agent in a new state?
Yes. As your C&F agent, we hold your stock in that state, bill your dealers and deliver to them. You get a branch warehouse without leasing one.
Can one stock serve retail, marketplaces and dark stores?
Yes. We supply retail chains and dealers, send stock to marketplace warehouses and deliver to quick commerce dark stores, all from the same stock. Our quick commerce fulfilment page explains the dark store runs.
Do you clear imports too?
Yes. We clear imported stock at the major ports and check every registration while your goods are at sea. Then we bring the stock to our warehouse and scan it in. Our import distribution page covers clearance and duty in more depth.
Can you move stock between our warehouses?
Yes. When one region sells faster, we move stock to it. Each transfer carries its invoice or delivery challan and its e-way bill, and we count it again when it arrives.

Returns and service

Do you install ACs and other appliances?
No. Your service partner installs them. We deliver the goods, and the proof of delivery tells your partner when to go.
What happens to returns, faulty and old units?
We check every return and record why it came back. Good units go back into stock. Faulty and old units stay apart until you decide. They go only to your registered recycler or back to you.
