The basics
What is renewable energy logistics?
It is the work of getting solar and wind equipment from the factory or the port to where it is used. For solar that means panels, inverters, batteries, cables and pumps. For wind it means blades, towers, nacelles and spare parts. It covers customs, transport, storage near the site and delivery as the project needs it. We run all of it as one partner.
Port and customs
Do you move imported solar equipment from the port to the site?
Yes. Panels, inverters, mounting structures and battery containers come in through the port. We clear them and move them to our yard near your site, or straight to the site. We plan the move around the free days the port gives you, so you pay less in port charges. Our import distribution page explains clearance in more depth.
What papers do solar and wind imports need?
Customs needs the bill of entry and the usual shipping papers. Solar panels, cells and glass and the main wind parts must also be registered with the government before they land. Panels, inverters and batteries need their BIS registration. For the trip to site, each truck carries an e-way bill. We check all of it before the ship docks.
Can we store imported solar panels in a bonded warehouse to delay the duty?
Not for panels going to power projects in India. The rules no longer let the duty on those wait in a bonded warehouse. Bonded storage still suits goods you plan to export. For your projects, we plan the clearance so the panels go straight on to your site or our yard.

Can you move wind turbine blades, towers and nacelles?
Yes. We move oversized loads through our logistics network. Each load gets a route check, the state permits it needs and an escort where one is required. We also move the smaller parts and bolts that go with them.
How do you stop panels cracking in transit and storage?
Trained crews move every pallet with the right forklift. We stack pallets only as high as the maker allows. Panels stay dry and covered. We record the condition of every pallet when it arrives.
Storage and distribution
Can you distribute our solar stock to dealers and installers across India?
Yes. We hold your panels, inverters and batteries in our warehouses across India, close to your buyers. We repack panels to suit each trip. We also build kits for rooftop jobs. Then we send full loads to project sites, part loads to dealers and parcels to installers. Our network page shows where our warehouses are.
Can you hold our stock near the site and deliver it in stages?
Yes. We have warehouses and open yards near solar sites, including in Rajasthan and Gujarat. Your stock waits there. We send it to the site as each block is ready.
Do you record serial numbers for DCR and PM Surya Ghar?
Yes. We record the serial number of every panel as it comes in and as it goes out. DCR panels, the ones made with Indian cells, are checked serial by serial for subsidies. Do you store lithium batteries for solar?
Yes. Lithium batteries count as dangerous goods. We keep them in a separate, safe area of our warehouse. They move with the right labels and papers.
Returns and exports
What happens to damaged or broken panels?
We record each damaged panel by serial number and keep it apart from good stock. You get the record for your claim. Broken panels count as e-waste, so they go only to a registered recycler or back to the maker, as you decide.
Can you ship our panels or turbine parts abroad?
Yes. We forward exports by sea and by air. We prepare the export papers and clear the goods at the port. Stock that passes through our warehouse leaves with a serial list for each container.
