Warehouses and trucks

Which cities do you have warehouses in?
We have warehouses in every tier 1 city, such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. We also cover most tier 2 cities, from Jaipur and Lucknow to Kochi and Guwahati. If you sell somewhere else, ask us.
Can I keep stock in more than one city?
Yes. Keep stock in as many of our cities as you need. You see all of it on one screen. Your bills come to one account. Our technology page shows the screens.
Can you send part truck loads?
Yes. Send a few cartons or pallets without booking a whole truck. Each one travels on its own docket number. You see its status until the signed proof of delivery comes back.
Can you move stock between cities?
Yes. When demand moves to another city, we move your stock there. Each transfer carries its invoice or delivery challan and its e-way bill. We count it again when it arrives.

Which ports do you work at?
We work at the main sea ports on the west and east coasts, from Mundra and Nhava Sheva to Chennai and Kolkata. We also clear cargo at inland container depots and at the air cargo terminals of the big airports.
Which countries do you import from?
We handle regular imports from China, South East Asia, Japan, the United States and Europe. We clear your cargo at the port and arrange the duty. Then we bring it to our warehouse and deliver it on to your buyers. Our import distribution page explains each step.
Which markets do you export to?
We ship to the markets India sells to most: North America, the Middle East, Europe and the UK, Asia, Africa, South America and Oceania. We clear your goods at the port and book them on a ship or a flight.
Can you hold imported goods in a bonded warehouse?
Yes. We can hold your stock in a customs bonded warehouse, so you pay the duty only when you take the goods out. We also run our own Free Trade Warehousing Zone.
