The problems we solve in pharma
No licence to store medicines
Medicines may only be stored at a site with a drug licence. A general warehouse cannot take them.
Our sites hold a drug licence, with a qualified person named on it. Your stock is legal the day it arrives.
A store that runs too hot
Most medicines must stay below a set temperature. An ordinary shed runs far hotter in an Indian summer.
We keep your medicines in temperature-controlled rooms, within the limits on their labels.
Old batches left to expire
New stock goes out first because it sits at the front. Older batches expire at the back.
We record each batch with its expiry date. The batch that expires soonest always leaves first.
A batch you cannot find
A recall or a price cut means finding every pack of one batch. Paper records take days.
We scan the batch on each carton that leaves. So we can list every stockist who got it.
Expired packs mixed with good
Expired and damaged packs come back from the market. Mixed with good stock, they can go out again.
We check each return and record its batch and reason. It stays locked apart until you decide.
Imports held at the port
Medicines may only enter through listed ports. The drug officer checks the papers before release.
We bring your imports in through the ports listed for medicines. We file the papers while the ship is at sea.
Duty paid on stock that waits
Your API may wait weeks for your plant or your quality team. You paid all its duty the day it landed.
If you prefer, we hold your imports in our bonded warehouse or our FTWZ. You pay the duty on each lot as it leaves.
Papers that hold up a shipment
One wrong paper can hold an export at the port. The ship or the flight leaves without it.
We prepare your shipping bill and certificate of origin. Then we book the ship or the flight.

The rules that shape how medicines move
A drug licence at every site
Each place that stores medicines for sale needs its own drug licence. A qualified person must be named on it.
Stored as the label says
Each medicine must be kept at the temperature and in the conditions printed on its label.
Licence numbers on each invoice
A wholesale invoice shows the drug licence numbers of both sides and the batch of each medicine.
A QR code on every API pack
Every pack of an active ingredient, made here or imported, carries a QR code with its batch and dates.
Imports through listed ports
Medicines and their ingredients may only enter India through the ports and airports listed for drugs.
A check by the drug officer
At the port, the drug officer checks the papers. The officer may also test a sample before the lot can be sold.
Batch stock when a price changes
When a controlled price changes, the maker must show the stock of each batch held by itself and its distributors.
E-way bills on every load
Every load above the value limit needs an e-way bill, including moves between your own depots.
