Wagholi
We count every carton against your invoice. We check each one for damage and dates.
Each pallet gets a label with its batch, expiry date or serial number. Our system gives it its own bin, and we scan it into place.
We count your stock a few bins at a time, so work never stops for a full stock take. If a count is off, we recount it and find out why.
While your stock waits with us, we open cases into single units and build kits. We also put on labels and stickers.
Orders come in from your ERP, your marketplaces or your sales team. The picklist names the bin and the batch, and the oldest dates go out first.
Retail chains, marketplaces and quick commerce platforms each have their own packing rules. We follow each one.
Each load leaves with its invoice and e-way bill. Full loads go straight to your buyer, and smaller orders ride our part load runs.
We check every return. Good stock goes back on the shelf, and the rest waits for your decision.
Share space with other brands and pay as you go, or keep space for your brand alone. Whichever you choose, our team runs it for you, and you track your stock live on our platform.
A whole truck for one order, best when it fills the truck. It goes straight from our warehouse to your buyer.
